STAGE 1
At Aberdeen O-Rings & Seals, we receive drawings, sample seals and physical metalwork to determine what has to be produced for the final product.
STAGE 2
The Seal Manufacturing Engineer then takes this information and designs
a program which also can be saved and used for future use.
STAGE 3
The seal is then manufactured using the latest Seal-Master Technology, to
produce a replica seal that can be superior to the original.
STAGE 4
The seal is then passed to the Quality Controller who inspects the sizes and finish. Once he is satisfied with the work, the inspector issues a Certificate of Conformity.
STAGE 5
Upon Completion of inspection, the goods are then passed on to the Despatch
Controller, who in turn, labels and bags the goods to the customer’s
requirements.
